- Intake form: your contact details and the health and lifestyle answers you choose to share.
- Booking: your name, email, and phone when you book a free intro call.
We use this only to reply to you, prepare for your call, and deliver coaching if you become a client. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who helps us
Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. Google runs our booking calendar and email.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or ad networks. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares basic technical details, like your IP address. If we add website analytics in the future, we will choose a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool and update this policy.
Emails
We email you only to reply, schedule, or support your coaching. We will not add you to a newsletter unless you sign up, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable with.
